Application:
The transfer paper and plastic bag are used for vacuum suction, and the wood texture of the wood grain paper is transferred to the surface of the aluminum profile through the high-temperature bag to achieve the wood grain decorative effect.
Production description:
Currently, part of the wood grain transfer method is to wrap the aluminum material to be transferred in wood grain paper and hold the edges of the paper with heat-resistant tape to prevent the wood grain paper from loosening. Cover the aluminum material covered with wood grain paper with a heat-resistant, air-tight plastic bag, then vacuum from both ends of the plastic bag until the plastic bag is close to the aluminum material.
Wood grain paper can also be pressed close to the aluminum material by negative pressure on a plastic bag. The negative pressure of the vacuum is adjusted according to the shape of the aluminum material to be transferred and the negative pressure that the plastic bag can withstand, usually between 0.3 and 0.6Mpa. The wrapped aluminum is sent to the oven for curing. The baking temperature and time should be adjusted according to the shape of aluminum to be transferred, the depth of wood grain to be transferred, and other comprehensive factors.
Usually, the temperature of transfer curing is 180℃ for 10-15 minutes. Push the transferred aluminum out of the oven and pull out the plastic bag from one end of the aluminum, which can be reused. Finally, tear off the heat transfer wood grain paper for surface cleaning.
