How to make it effect well?
1.Preparation:
Aluminium profile,vacume wood grain heat transfer machine, the wood grain paper or film bag.
2.Condition:
Aluminium profile must be powder coated or electrophoresis treatment, and then we can star wood grain transfer printing.
3.Process flow as follows"
Aluminium profile in powder coated or electrophoresis treatment →cover aluminium profile with wood grain paper or PET hot transfer printing film →170-200℃ baking→remove the film→wood grain aluminium profile finished→ packaging.
