High alumina brick is a kind of refractory material, the main component of this refractory brick is AL2O3. Because of different resources, the standards are not entirely consistent. For example, European countries on high alumina refractory provisions Al2O3 content limit of 42%. In China, Al2O3 content in high alumina bricks is usually divided into three classes: Ⅰ ──Al2O3 content >75%; The content of Ⅱ and Al2O3 is 60 ~ 75%; Ⅲ -- Al2O3 content is 48 ~ 60%.

Product features: a, high refractoriness of aluminum brick than clay brick and semi-silicon brick refractoriness is higher, up to 1750~1790℃. b, load softening temperature because high Al2O3 in aluminum products, less miscellaneous mass, the formation of less fusible glass, so load softening temperature is higher than clay brick. c. There are more Al2O3 in slag resistant high alumina brick, which is close to neutral refractory material and can resist the erosion of acidic slag and alkaline slag.
