Product Description:
The heat source of the infrared mold heating furnace is carbon rod electric hot wire, features: high efficiency and energy saving. The infrared radiation plate is installed behind the electric heating wire of the carbon rod, which can effectively reflect the heat to the furnace. The radiation plate and the electric heating wire of the carbon rod mainly form a set of infrared heating body. It is a heating method that radiates the heat to the furnace in the form of electromagnetic energy, and the mold absorbs and converts the electromagnetic energy into heat energy.
The die frame is designed with stainless steel lattice structure, which has good mechanical strength and good ventilation and lighting effect.
