Product Description:
The main structure parts such as the front platen, the rear/back platen, the main oil cylinder, the main plunger, the container holder, the butterfly head, must be tested by ultrasonic flaw detection.

Feature:
1. The extrusion sequence is that simple billet loader sends the heated aluminum billet to the position of extrusion center, the stem moving forward to push the aluminum billet into the container, then the main cylinder enhance the pressure to extrude.
2. The conventional structure of extrusion press, its stroke is double than the length of the aluminum billet. Therefore, the extrusion stroke is double than the short-stroke aluminum extrusion press.
